Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) is both Brain /Mind and Environmentally based.
A chemical imbalance balance in the Hippocampus, Frontal lobes and Amygdala makes the patient more sensitive to external stimuli such as noise, multiple demands etc. which interfere with the normal flow of neuronal transmission and the exchange of signals between brain and mind.
The appropriate Medication in conjunction with Cognitive Training provides an improved chemical balance
that facilitates the patient with the tools needed to control this disorder.
